What you Need to Know.
It is extremely important to me that I create a professional, friendly, honest and open client/practitioner relationship with anyone who asks for any of my services. I make it clear that I am working to help you heal yourself and promise no quick fix answers to the questions you may have. The readings and guidance you receive are for informative purposes only and should never take the place of professional psychological, medical, legal or financial services.
When I'm doing a reading, a life guidance session or any healing work, I make sure the person is 18 years or older. Also, I will research if a country or state has a legal age for the type of sessions I offer.
These sessions can be life affirming, life changing, and really important. Younger people can sometimes be overwhelmed by some of the deeper aspects of this healing work.

I am not medically trained and my work is not to help treat depression, anxiety or any other aspect of a person's mental health. If a prospective client has mental or emotional challenges, I want to make sure I look after them to the best of my ability and will ask them to speak to their GP or mental health practitioner before asking for a session with me.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A SESSION IF I FEEL A CLIENT NEEDS PROFESSIONAL HELP.
I ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A SESSION IF THE CLIENT ATTENDS WHILST UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR RECREATIONAL DRUGS.

My role is to hold space for my clients and I will not impress my ideas or energies upon any situation. Whatever feels right and resonates with them, is what is right for them. They have the option to choose what decisions they want to make about their lives and futures.

I like to have open communication with all my clients so they receive the very best information from their Angels. To make sure of this, I like to have a conversation prior to a session or reading to make sure there's clarity about the process and to answer any questions a client may have.

Any session or reading needs to be paid for IN ADVANCE. I will give a lot of my time, my gifts, my space to each client so it is important that my clients honour that.
If a session is booked and a client doesn't turn up, no refund will be given, unless notice of 24 hours to reschedule has been given, or a reasonable medical reason or emergency on the day of the session. The same goes for me, I will give 24 hours notice if I need to reschedule barring an emergency or illness.
Readings will be delivered within 48 hours unless I am unwell or have an emergency. If it will take longer to send a reading out due to a large number of bookings, I will make sure the client knows of this at the time of booking.​

My responsibility to you as my client is that I speak from a place of truth and integrity.
I will never give information away to make someone happy or to make a session easier.
I will share with them what they NEED to know, not what they WANT to know. There is a big difference between the two. Remember the Angels are working towards your highest good and some guidance could be challenging.

It is important to me that we build a relationship based on trust and integrity; that it is fully open, honest and real in our communication. So if you have any problems or worries about a reading or guidance session, please let me know as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.

Privacy Policy
Wendy Bee honours her clients' privacy at all times.
She will ask for your contact details for her files and to send out any readings or information sheets.
Clients' contact details will never be shared or sold to any third parties and will be kept private.
All readings are private between the client and herself. They are not to be shared with any third party by Wendy or the client. When Wendy is sure that her client has received their reading, it will be deleted from her computer.
Any blog posts remain the property of Wendy Bee and are not to be shared under someone else's name or business.
For life guidance sessions, Wendy will take notes for reference. These also remain strictly private between Wendy and her client.
