Young People at Exam time
1 hour or 30 minutes
Exam stress can be something that can feel overwhelming for our young people. Why not book in for a much needed time to relax and recharge during the exam period. Reiki encourages mental clarity, releases tension, improves sleep and strengthens self esteem. I can also help with techniques to deal with tension and pressure they can use themselves before an exam.
A responsible adult must accompany a young person under 18 for their treatment.
Reiki for Children under 12 years old
Up to 20 minutes but tailored to an age appropriate treatment
A gentle treatment to help children's health and wellbeing. Helps reduce anxiety and tension. It can help with sleep as it aids relaxation. Reiki is a beautiful way to help children boost their self esteem.
Appointment time is flexible as younger children may only be able to lie or sit still for a shorter time. I will work within their comfort zone and adjust payments accordingly.
A responsible adult must stay with the child at all times during a treatment.
Reiki for young people aged 12 to 18
40 minutes treatment
A treatment that will support our young people's mental welfare at a time when stress, tension and anxiety can occur during puberty and with exam year pressures.
Reiki encourages mental clarity, releases tension, relieves low mood, aids relaxation, improves sleep, strengthens self-esteem and heightens self awareness.
I can help them with techniques to deal with tension and pressure as it comes up in everyday life.
A responsible adult must accompany the young person during their treatment.
Reiki for Animals
For as long as your animal tolerates the treatment
Reiki helps heal the Spirit, bringing animals back to a state of trust and connection, building their confidence with people and other animals. Reiki helps balance out emotions such as fear, anxiety, depression and other behavioural issues. Reiki is also a beautiful treatment after an injury or operation.
Like humans, animals benefit greatly as it brings them back into alignment after any change of routine or a house move, helping them feel safe and relaxed.
