Well 2024 was some year for me and I had to take a very big step back for my own healing and going through treatment for breast cancer.

The day before my birthday in January last year I was told they'd found a lump and from that moment time started flying as I had surgery, radiotherapy and all the other appointments you need at a time like that!

I put my trust in a great team of doctors, nurses and radiographers, to whom I am very grateful, but I used my toolkit of holistic healing modalities as well. Reiki, crystals, positive intentions, affirmations, a good diet, and most importantly, lots of quiet for meditation, sleep and rest. I'm also sincerely grateful to my soul family and closest friends for all their loving support. A BIG lesson I learned was to ask for help and allow others to carry me when I was low and fatigued.

I'm in a much better place now and starting to think about getting myself back on my feet and sharing Reiki, readings and guidance.

Yes, it was a tough year, but my goodness, I've GROWN. I'm so much more in touch with the real Me and life is calm and serene. Gratitude starts and ends each day and I feel so much more connected to The Universe, Source, God, whatever you choose to call it.

So here's to the most amazing year for us all.
